The other two changes (one a positional switch) in the backline see Sibusiso Nkosi shifting to the left wing in place of Makazole Mapimpi (who is being rested), with Jacobus van Wyk named on the right wing after playing off the bench two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Tendai Mtawarira is back in the starting line-up after playing off the bench against the Lions.

Keegan Daniel also returns to the starting XV after he was a late withdrawal from the Lions game due to being unwell.

Tyler Paul comes in for Philip van der Walt, who has an ankle ligament sprain.
