Fri, 30 Jul 2010 10:06
The Otago Highlanders have appointed New Zealand Maori rugby coach Jamie Joseph as head coach of the Super 15 team.
Joseph, 40, is a former Otago and All Blacks player and guided the New
Zealand Maori to wins this season over England and Ireland.
He currently coaches Wellington province but will leave that role at the end of August, the New Zealand Rugby Union said Friday.
Joseph takes over from Glenn Moore in the first season of the expanded
Super 15, which will include the new Melbourne Rebels team in Australia.
