La Rochelle sign veteran Romanian prop

Top 14 new boys La Rochelle on Wednesday signed experienced Romanian international prop Petrisor Toderasc on a one-year contract, with the option to extend it by another year.
The 30-year-old - capped over 50 times - had been looking for a club since he was released after a five-year spell with Brive.
Toderasc, who looks likely to make his debut for the club in their August 28 clash with Bourgoin, will bolster a front row which has been weakened by injuries to Romain Frou and Alexandre Bares.
La Rochelle beat Castres 22-17 in their opening match of the season last Saturday.
