Genia a rare ray of Wallaby sunshine

Despite their ordinary form in the mid-year internationals, the Wallabies had reason to smile - following the news that star scrumhalf Will Genia could be back in time for the start of the Tri-Nations.
Genia enjoyed a successful Super 14 campaign, only to fracture his thumb in Australia's first Test against England.
The original diagnosis indicated he would be out for six weeks, however recent signs show his return to the national side could be as soon as three weeks away.
Luke Burgess has stepped up and occupied Genia's place in the Wallabies' starting line-up with great success, however to reunite the Reds partnership between Genia and Quade Cooper at flyhalf would be first prize.
"I can still run and do gym training so I'll be as fit and as strong as I can be when I come back." Genia told the Courier Mail.
Genia also believes he can raise the teams performance prior to the Australians first fixture against South Africa at Suncorp Stadium.
"Our biggest problem is we tend to find ways of releasing the pressure on teams. There are also little things like the breakdown. We need to be a bit more accurate in that area so we can get quick ball, but they're all parts of the game that you can work on and that will get better."
The Wallabies will also welcome regular starters Benn Robinson, Stephen Moore, Nathan Sharpe and Digby Ioane back from injury.
The addition of these players might help them avoid the mediocrity they displayed against England and Ireland, but they will have to dig deep if their desire to record a win against the Springboks or New Zealand is to become a reality.
