Care: England must aim higherSHARE
Danny Care admits England must make further improvements with Wales due next at Twickenham, following Saturday's victory over Ireland.
Care scored the crucial try for England, who bounced back from 10-3 down to seal a 13-10 win with flyhalf Owen Farrell adding eight points from the tee.
It was a third straight win for England under Stuart Lancaster and they remain in the hunt for the Triple Crown when Wales arrive in Twickenham.
England's victory, coupled with Wales' triumph over France on Friday, has opened a four-way shootout for the Six Nations crown with four teams currently on four points.
Wales bounced back from a disappointing defeat to Ireland in style against France, reigniting hopes of an unprecedented third straight Six Nations title.
"We're looking forward to a massive game against Wales," said Care.
"We've given ourselves a chance [of winning the Six Nations]. We know we have to keep improving, keep getting better and take each game as it comes.
"Obviously Wales is going to be a huge game. They played really well on Friday so they are going to come here full of confidence. Hopefully it will be another great game."
