Dunning not a doughnut

The retired Wallaby Matt Dunning used to be mocked, as the rotund prop lived up to his nickname Doughnut.

When he played Dunning weighed 130kg and was constantly mocked for his tubby frame.

But since retiring the 35-year-old has lost a staggering 40kg, dropping from 25 percent body fat to just 11 percent in six months.

Dunning made the decision to get fit after a friend took an unflattering photo of him playing for a local Rugby League team.
