Get Loftus 'hotcakes'
The Bulls are expecting a full-house for their Super Rugby semifinal next week.
Finishing top of the South African conference, the Bulls are ready for their home semifinal – against a yet to be determined opponent – at Loftus Versfeld next Saturday, July 27.
Tickets are set to go on sale on Wednesday (July 17) and are expected to sell like hotcakes.
"These tickets are going to sell fast, so we encourage our fans to please purchase early in order to avoid disappointment," Blue Bulls Company CEO Barend van Graan said.
"We'll need all the support we can get come July 27 and have no doubt that our Loftus faithful will arrive in numbers," he added.
Tickets can be purchased, starting from as little as R150, with parking available at R120.
Even though the Loftus Versfeld ticket office will be fully functional for ticket purchases, you are encouraged to enjoy the convenience of purchasing your tickets online at www.bulls.ticketpros.co.za – whereby you can print your tickets at home.
* Meanwhile tickets for the promotion /relegation game between the Southern Kings and the Lions at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium next week Friday (July 26), are now available.
"Once again we have opted to give the best value for money and will be sticking to our standard price range, from R30 to R110 per ticket, as we did for the other Super Rugby matches," said acting CEO, Charl Crous.
Crous said aside from the Super Rugby promotion-relegation game, spectators would also be able to catch the First Division game between the EP Kings and the Boland Cavaliers.
This game will then be followed by the first of two matches against the Lions, which kicks off at 19.10.
The second match will be played in Johannesburg the next Saturday, August 3, the time is still to be confirmed.
"As for the Super Rugby playoffs, we are aware that it's do or die and our players are doing everything they can to prepare themselves for what is going to be a titanic clash. But we cannot do this alone."
"We need the people of the region to once again come out in their numbers and show their support, to stand up and be counted," he said.
Crous called on people to wear black next week Friday, as a way of showing their support for the Southern Kings.
