Warrior cited for gouging

Worcester Warriors loose forward Richard de Carpentier is to appear at an RFU disciplinary hearing after being cited following the Premiership match against Northampton Saints.

De Carpentier has been charged with making contact with the eyes/eye area of an opponent, Northampton's Calum Clark, contrary to Law 10(4)(m).

The hearing takes place at the Coventry Holiday Inn on Wednesday, December 4 with a panel of Mike Hamlin, Austin Newman and Adrienne Lucking.
