Venter was ruled out with injury and Nico Lee comes in at outside centre. Scrumhalf Tian Meyer will captain the team in Cape Town.

Charles Marias, Jacques du Toit and Johan Coetzee will be switching places with Retshegofaditswe Nche, Torsten van Jaarsveld and Tom Botha in the starting line-up.
