Former Lions wing gets Griquas startSHARE
After their 21-27 defeat to the Pumas a fortnight ago in Kimberley, the Griquas had a bye week to readjust and regroup to emulate their performance against the Free State Cheetahs in Round five.
For Friday's encounter at Loftus Versfeld, the side has made five changes to the starting line-up.
Captain Adriaan Coetzen moves back to preferred no.15 jersey, while Koch Marx takes up a spot at wing.
The 23-year-old Marx featured in the Lions Super Rugby match the Jaguares in Buenos Aires and has received a promotion from the bench.
Joining him out wide is Ederies Arendse, who replaces Kyle Steyn at the right wing.
While in front, Floris Pelser will partner up with Pieter Jansen van Vuuren in a new lock pairing. In the pack, Wilmar Arnoldi takes the spot as hooker.
