Lindsay-Hague, 25, was part of the Team Great Britain Sevens squad that reached the final in Rio this month.
He made his senior debut for Quins against the Falcons in 2009 and went on to make 61 appearances for the club, scoring ten tries.
"Harlequins has been a huge part of my life and I'm sad that my time with the club has come to an end," Lindsay-Hague said.
"Having returned from the Rio Olympics, I'm going to take some time to think about the next step in my career and see where things take me.
"I'd like to thank everyone associated with Harlequins for their support over the years and I wish them the best of luck in the 150th season."
Lindsay-Hague was selected for the England sevens team in the Hong Kong, Singapore, Paris and London legs of the sevens circuit, before being selected for GB at the Olympics.
Harlequins Director of Rugby, John Kingston added: "Ollie has been a dependable and loyal member of the Harlequins squad for many years.
"He leaves with our very best wishes and we were delighted to see him and his teammates win silver in the recent Rio Olympics. I have no doubt he will make a huge impact wherever he continues his career."
