Boks to nurture talented Bosch

Bosch is part of head coach Allister Coetzee's squad for the upcoming Rugby Championship and he will provide some versatility to the team with his ability to cover flyhalf and fullback.
Bosch could be included in Saturday's matchday squad on the bench for the match against Argentina in Port Elizabeth as there are not many other options for cover for regular flyhalf Elton Jantjies at the moment.
"I am going to start off by saying he is still young with a lot of development ahead of him," said Smith. "We are excited – he is very coachable, very approachable, so it is good to work with him.
"I think he has got an extraordinary kicking game and we all know he is a threat on attack.
"I think it is going to be important for him to find his feet a little a bit in senior rugby."
While Bosch provides the Boks with a lot on attack, there are still some concerns surrounding his defensive game.
Smith added: "Sometimes defence is just not a mindset. It is also an environment you have to play in and I think by working really hard on his individual ability, he is going to add to the defensive system that's in place.
"He is still young, there are very few youngsters that really step up in all departments of the game at a young age, so we are going to really nurture him and give him the best chance to develop in every facet."
Meanwhile, Smith is expecting an expansive game from the Argentinians at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
"Since the last round of Super Rugby, they [Argentina] have been focussing on what is going to happen in the next two weeks.
"We know that they will bring something different. If they divided the work properly they would have had at least one or two weeks rest and then a complete new overhaul.
"I believe we will see a different Argentinian side that we have seen in Super Rugby [Jaguares]. I believe they are full of confidence, so they are a side that plays to their strengths.
"They create a lot of one-on-ones, they like to open the game up and it is going to be important for us to be ready for the challenge."
