Another scrumhalf scare for Lions

Loose forward Cyle Brink has a nerve entrapment in the right shoulder, while Dillon Smit injured rib cartilage in the win against the Stormers.

However, the duo's injuries are not too serious and according to the Lions, they should be fit for their first tour match against the Waratahs in Sydney on April 20. The Lions have a bye this weekend.

First-choice scrumhalf Ross Cronje (rib) missed his team's last two matches, but he is set to be cleared for the tour. The Lions recently signed Nic Groom to increase their scrumhalf stocks going forward

The other big names set to be cleared for the upcoming tour are Warren Whiteley, Rohan Janse van Rensburg and Aphiwe Dyantyi.
