Prop Cristian Bartoloni could also make his Super Rugby debut if he comes off the bench.

Most of the changes to the team are injury enforced.

Bonilla is in the No.10 jersey in the place of the injured Nicolas Sánchez.

Gonzalo Bertranou will start at No.9 in the absence of regular scrumhalf Martín Landajo – who is also sidelined with an injury for the first few rounds of the competition.

Argentina stalwart Juan Martín Hernández is injured, meaning Jerónimo de la Fuente will start at inside centre for the Jaguares and he will be partnered by Matías Moroni at outside centre.

In the forward pack Facundo Isa, who is on his way to France, is replaced by Leonardo Senatore at No.8. Pablo Matera and Tomás Lezana are the flanks.
