The playing squad, to be led by new recruit and captain Adam Coleman alongside franchise captain Tom English, will be unveiled for the first time at the 2018 Rebels Season Launch in Melbourne on Friday.
"A lot of hard work, planning and collaboration in the rugby department has gone into shaping the squad and we're excited to have built a squad of talented players and quality individuals to represent the Victorian rugby community," Rebels GM Professional Rugby & Pathways Nick Ryan said.
"The Rebels have gone through significant change on and off the field since last season with the aim to establish a list that would provide the Rebels with a foundation for long-term sustained Super Rugby success.
"Our squad is a good blend of international experience and promising youth, who will grow and develop as players in our world-class rugby envionrment that's been established by Rebels head coach Dave Wessels.
"On behalf of the Melbourne Rebels board, staff and supporters, we want to thank and acknowledge our departing players for their positive contribution to the team and the Victorian rugby community. Each player and their families will always be most welcome at AAMI Park."
The playing squad is complemented by supplementary and elite player programs.
The Melbourne Rebels will kick-off its 2018 Super Rugby campaign at home against the Queensland Reds at AAMI Park on Friday, February 23.
