Robertson satisfied with McKenzie job

The Crusaders ran in seven tries on their way to a 45-23 win, but their defence was just as impressive in Christchurch.

McKenzie, who was wearing the No.10 for the Chiefs, was obviously a big concern for the Crusaders, but he was stifled on attack with the Crusaders' rush defence.

"We turned him in a couple of times and put a lot of pressure on that pass, and got up in their face," Robertson said following his side's bonus-point win.

"I thought both teams, defensively, for a long period of time were great.

"When we got our game plan right, we played them quite narrow and opportunities were wide. Once we got two or three times into it, we looked really good."

The Crusaders next face the Stormers in Christchurch next weekend.

The Chiefs will face the Blues in Eden Park in Round Two.
